These are draft product terms. Public sales must wait for an operator-specific legal review, including consumer withdrawal, digital service consent, taxes, pricing disclosures, age requirements and refund rules.

Your space

One successful purchase claims the selected rectangular area for one hope, priced by its number of squares. The original hope and its creation date cannot be edited. You can update attribution and add a completion. A purchase is confirmed by the server after verified payment.

Public content

You are responsible for the content you submit and for having rights to any uploaded photograph. Do not publish illegal content, harassment, threats, spam, private addresses or another person’s sensitive information. You grant the operator the permission needed to display your hope and completion on the public wall and its share previews.

Moderation and permanence

The product is designed to preserve hope history. Content may be hidden following an auditable moderation decision or a valid legal request. Reports do not automatically delete hopes. Account and content deletion can be confirmed in My Hopes and are processed automatically. Deleted purchased spaces remain unavailable. Availability and indefinite operation cannot be guaranteed.

Payments and support

Stripe processes payments. If a verified payment cannot be fulfilled, it is queued for an automatic refund. Provider exceptions may need review. Deleting content or an account does not request a purchase refund. Refund policy and statutory consumer rights must be completed by the operator before launch.
